Work From Home
Working from home has been the plan and ambition for many people around the world. I mean, who wouldn’t want to make their own hours and be their own boss? It would be dream come true! Instead of waking up at 5 a.m every morning and getting ready for the daily grind and traffic, you would be waking up at 10 a.m and grabbing breakfast at your favorite restaurant. Sounds like a dream doesn’t it? It also sounds like a fantasy that you’ll never achieve! But that’s not exactly true. Many people have found a way to make their money online. With a little bit of work and some research, you can find a niche that suits you and be well on your way.
As I said a moment ago, finding your niche is the key to working from home! You must find something that you either already like, know a little bit about or want to learn about as your niche. This will make your content of your business or website more interesting and valuable to the reader and prospective customer! Also, whatever it is that you choose there are sure to be other people interested in the same field! To know exactly how much your prospective visitor base will be, you just need to do some simple research. Google will have all the answers for you!
To find out what is trending online, all you need to do is have a look at Google Trends. Google Trends will tell you what is popular right now, how often it is getting searched and also how long it has been getting searched. Google also has the Keyword tool to get even more data! Google keyword tool is useful for finding other keywords and ideas that are closely related to your niche. All you have to do is type in the keyword in the box, select the exact button on the right hand side (de-select the broad category, for it will show you the data on all searches even close to the one you are looking for) and then hit SEARCH. This will pull up your exact keyword that you want to see, how many “Exact Match Searches” it gets each month, and also each word relevant to your keyword and how often that keyword gets searched. Google also has a documents program where you can save all of this data called Docs.Google.com and Google Drive.
With the combination of these tools, used correctly, you are bound to find a niche in the online world that you can make profits from. Keyword and niche research are the biggest mistake that new-comers to the internet make. You must research your competition to know if you will even stand a chance of competing in that particular market. But if you can’t compete in that market, find one that is more specific but still related to it and go after that market. I can’t stress enough that keyword research is the main point to focus on when starting your online business and can make or break your dreams.
Here on this site I am going to provide you with help in finding these niches and to provide you with other tools that will get you well on your way!
